Controller and data processed
MAYRASA 2013, S.L. processes data supplied through forms, buyer accounts, chat and communications, plus minimum security data and, if authorised, usage measurement.
Purposes and legal bases
We manage enquiries, viewings, valuations, mandates and your account to take pre-contractual steps, provide requested services and meet legal duties. Marketing and non-essential analytics are used only with consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients and providers
We do not sell data. Necessary hosting, email, CRM, communications and support providers may access it under contract. The virtual assistant may use an AI provider; data is minimised and legally required safeguards apply to any international transfer.
Retention
Enquiries are kept while handled and for the periods needed to address liabilities. Accounts are kept while active and afterwards for statutory periods. Consent choices are retained to prove and respect your decision.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability or withdraw consent at info@mayrasa.com or our address. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
AI virtual assistant
The chat may initially be handled by a clearly identified artificial-intelligence system. It does not make decisions with legal effects. You can ask for a person. Do not enter documents or particularly sensitive data in chat.
